Event Overview

Gift Donation

This holiday season, you have the opportunity to make a child’s Christmas truly special by purchasing a gift and donating it to this charitable cause. Whether it’s a toy, a book, or any other child-friendly item, your contribution can make a world of difference.

Elves as Organisers

Once you’ve selected a gift, simply leave it with the elves at the designated location during the specified opening hours. These elves are responsible for organising all the donated gifts, ensuring they are sorted and prepared for distribution.

Partnership with The Salvation Army

The elves will pass on all the organised gifts to The Salvation Army, a well-known charitable organisation. The Salvation Army will then distribute these gifts to children in need, ensuring that they too can experience the joy and wonder of Christmas.

Who Should Participate?

This initiative is open to everyone—individuals, families, community groups, and businesses. It’s a wonderful way for people of all ages to engage in the true spirit of Christmas, which is one of giving and spreading joy.

Additional Information

  • Gift Guidelines: While there are no strict rules on what kind of gifts can be donated, it’s advisable to choose new, unwrapped items that are safe and appropriate for children.

  • Last Donation Date: It’s recommended to check with the organisers for the last date by which gifts can be donated to ensure they reach the children in time for Christmas.

So, if you’re looking for a meaningful way to celebrate the holiday season, consider buying a gift for a child in need. Your generosity could make this Christmas unforgettable for a child who might otherwise go without.
