Under 2s are not permitted onboard, children aged two may ride, but on parent’s laps without a headset. We recommend the virtual reality experience for children 3 years and over who with parental discretion may ride using the VR headsets. The ride can also be experienced without headsets in 2D as there is a large screen positioned at the front of the sleigh. This will allow very small children and babies to be brought into the experience and to stand to one side off of the sleigh.
No, sorry. All children under 10 years old must be accompanied by one or more adults.
The sleigh is suitable for everyone. However, if you suffer from epilepsy, motion sickness or vertigo please ride in the front seat and please don’t wear the headsets. You will be able to experience the ride in 2D with the giant screen at the front. There are three small steps to enter and exit the ride.

You may cancel a booking up to 7 days prior to the date of your booking and receive a full refund minus any booking fee. Usually, we trigger refunds within 24 hours of cancellation but it may take 7-10 days for funds to reach your account. This is beyond our control.
For cancellations within 7 days of your booking, we are not able to offer a refund. Sorry.
A Booking cannot be rescheduled. You will need to cancel and re-book.
