Ready to meet the big man himself?

Our Santa’s Grotto with Talking Letterbox and Elf Encounters Experience is an unforgettable festive journey, perfect for the whole family and the children will get the chance to interact with these cheerful helpers.!
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by Mrs Christmas, who will welcome guests with a nose wiggle and a sprinkle of (biodegradable) glitter. Santa’s dedicated team of elves will be ready to welcome you. With rosy cheeks, pointed hats, and a twinkle in their eyes, these charming helpers are the heart of Santa’s Grotto. The elves will help the children decorate beautiful letters to Santa and then, prepare to be charmed by the star of the experience – the Talking Letterbox. This magical enchanting mailbox is Santa’s most cherished tool, giving a voice to engage and delight. The elves will then take the guests through to meet Santa in his grotto. 
  • Each child receives an age-appropriate wrapped gift from Santa
  • Maximum two adults per child due to space constraints.
  • These are Group sessions maximum 5 children in any one session.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your allotted time.
  • Latecomers are allowed in until the children go in to see Santa when the doors are closed.

About cancellations & re-booking

You may cancel a booking up to 7 days prior to the date of your booking and receive a full refund minus any booking fee.  Usually, we trigger refunds within 24 hours of cancellation but it may take 7-10 days for funds to reach your account. This is beyond our control.

For cancellations within 7 days of your booking, we are not able to offer a refund.  Sorry.

A Booking cannot be rescheduled.  You will need to cancel and re-book.
